Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
- Build a comprehensive recruitment system and integrate resources to quickly establish a talent pool and meet ongoing hiring needs.
- Develop and enhance localized HR policies in compliance with Malaysian laws, including employee handbook, recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, and performance appraisal.
- Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs (including payroll) and establish an employee performance management system.
- Foster positive employee relations, manage communication and labor issues, and promote training and development initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with local universities and government agencies, expand recruitment channels (e.g., internships), and maintain strong relationships.
Administrative Management
- Oversee non-production facilities, employee dormitories, company vehicles, security, and other logistical services.
- Manage applications and renewals of all licenses and permits required for operations in Malaysia (e.g., factory business license) to ensure compliance.
- Provide logistical support for personnel from China headquarters and affiliated factories, including visa, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
- Lead and manage the administrative team to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Administrative Management.
- 5-10 years of combined HR and administrative management experience in Malaysian manufacturing, with experience managing 300+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, social security, and government regulations.
- Excellent Mandarin communication skills (essential for HQ communication), fluent in English and Malay.
- Strong network with local government agencies, recruitment channels, and educational institutions.
- Experience in setting up new factories, building teams from scratch, or managing large-scale expansion projects is highly preferred.
