About The Role
Responsible for timely and efficient launch of new products, campaigns and/or product enhancement, as well as the initiatives in achieving the overall company and agile squad's strategic priorities /KPIs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the distribution channel and develop product solutions that are innovative and customers centric for different segments.
- To work closely with activation team on new product launching activities, campaigns and various initiatives to drive overall company and agile squad's strategic priorities /KPIs.
- To review and ensure proper preparation and documentation of gate papers, product specification, policy contract, marketing materials, sales illustration, training materials and meeting minutes on approvals within the set timeline. This include ensuring the contract UAT is properly sign-off within the set timeline, conduct new product or product enhancements training to internal staff/agents, new product launch event planning and perform post launch review.
- To review and support timely and accurate delivery of reports such as MBR/QPR presentation to track the strategic priorities/KPIs progress, new product performance tracking and analysis, etc.
- To perform competitor and product analyses, conduct product focus group by proper preparation of presentation materials, coordinate meeting/discussion with agency leader or agents in soliciting feedback or comment relating to products, propositions and/or other activation initiatives.
- To ensure compliance of guidelines issued by BNM/LIAM relating to products.
- To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically or involve in ad hoc initiatives/special project assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other regulatory/compliance requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education – Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science or Marketing.
- Experience – Preferably with minimum 10 years relevant working experience.
- Knowledge and experience in Agile framework and design thinking have added advantage.
