Senior Manager, Program Delivery (Data Center)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program Delivery to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center and mission-critical infrastructure projects in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex construction programs, driving stakeholder alignment, ensuring project governance, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center and mission-critical construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project execution excellence while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and contractors.
• Ensure successful handover, commissioning, and closeout of projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience in construction, program delivery, project management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, construction execution, and contract management.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
