We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager, Sales to lead the sales team and drive overall revenue growth. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, expanding key accounts, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in achieving targets and building high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities and analyze trends to drive business growth
- Set KPIs and collaborate with the Business Director on planning and forecasting
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor performance through regular reviews and drive accountability
- Foster a high-performance culture and support team development
- Business Development & Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts
- Lead negotiations and ensure excellent customer experience
- Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and overall performance
- Ensure accurate forecasting and achievement of sales targets
- Optimize sales processes and maintain CRM data accuracy
- Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for growth
- Identify challenges and implement strategies to improve performance
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding team sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business development and strategic thinking ability
- Experience in the education industry is an advantage
- Passion for sales with a customer-centric mindset
- Interest in Chinese Metaphysics is an added advantage
Location : Midvalley KL
Working Hour : Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday 9.30am to 1pm
