Your Role in VT Markets

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in event management and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing offline marketing events, tracking key financial metrics such as deposits and ROI, and supporting broader marketing initiatives in the fintech industry. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing events (e.g., seminars, webinars, conferences, and client dinners).
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and on-site operations.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent and localised event experiences

Marketing Support

  • Assist in developing and implementing localised promotional campaigns for target markets (e.g., Malaysia and Myanmar).
  • Contribute to content creation for social media, email marketing, and educational materials (e.g., short-form videos, webinars).
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all channels and regions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, business development, and regional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in ad-hoc projects, such as gala dinners, merchandise standardisation, and team expansion initiatives.

Team Development

  • Foster a high-performance culture within the marketing team.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management and performance tracking.
  • Proven experience in the fintech/financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and email marketing software.

Skills:

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
