Senior Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to drive qualified lead generation and measurable pipeline growth. This role focuses on executing and optimising performance-led marketing initiatives that directly support sales outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (digital, paid, email, content, events)
• Manage performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google, and relevant platforms to optimise ROI
• Work closely with Sales to ensure effective lead handover, tracking, and nurturing
• Support and manage marketing events and exhibitions for lead acquisition
• Develop conversion-focused content (brochures, landing pages, case studies)
• Track, analyse, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
• Maintain CRM and marketing automation tools to ensure clean data and proper segmentation
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 35 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong lead generation exposure.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Data-driven mindset with basic analytics and reporting capability.
• Strong coordination, execution, and communication skills.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, or tech marketing is an advantage
