- Leads daily operations across production, quality, warehouse, procurement, and pre-production, ensuring continuity and alignment with business objectives
- Translates business strategy into operational plans, driving capacity planning, resource allocation, and productivity improvement programmes
- Drives process optimisation and continuous improvement through lean methodologies, digitalisation, and automation across production and warehouse workflows
- Oversees procurement strategy, supplier management, inventory optimisation, and global logistics coordination
- Promotes a strong safety culture and oversees quality systems, audits, and risk mitigation to safeguard business continuity
- Leads, develops, and builds capability across a multidisciplinary operational team
Role requirements
- Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, with 10-15 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
- Strong expertise in operational strategy, performance management, and multidisciplinary team leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional operations and manage large-scale projects
- Strong background in ERP/WMS systems and data-driven decision-making
- High attention to detail, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cost optimisation
- Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams
- Citizen of Malaysia
