Senior / PDC Specialist (Patient Marketing), Refractive, SEA

The PDC Specialist – Patient Marketing, Refractive SEA supports the Practice Development Consulting (PDC) function by providing patient-marketing intelligence, digital performance analysis, campaign tracking, content development and execution support to improve patient acquisition and clinic growth across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze patient marketing and digital campaign performance.
• Track and report campaign effectiveness and key metrics.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content and promotional materials.
• Support patient acquisition and clinic growth initiatives.
• Provide marketing insights and recommendations to clinics and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams to execute marketing programs across Southeast Asia.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, patient marketing, or campaign management.
• Strong experience with digital performance analysis and campaign tracking.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta advertising platforms and marketing dashboards/BI tools.
• Experience managing agencies, designers or creative production.
• Experience developing or adapting digital and physical marketing materials.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, ophthalmology, or related industries.
• Familiarity with patient acquisition and customer journey strategies.
• Experience supporting multiple Southeast Asian markets.
