2. Your Role at VT Markets

As a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist based in Malaysia, you will report to the Growth Marketing Lead and sit within the regional Marketing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving user acquisition and conversion across overseas markets, owning the end-to-end creative strategy for paid advertising across platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok. You will work closely with the UA, design, content, and product teams locally, while collaborating with the Global Marketing COE to ensure creative output is aligned with global brand direction and business objectives. Your work will directly shape how VT Markets attracts and converts traders across diverse regional markets.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop advertising creative content for overseas markets in the financial sector, defining creative directions aligned with user acquisition and conversion goals, including video scripts, visual design concepts, ad copy, and localized messaging
  • Develop a deep understanding of major advertising platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok, including platform mechanisms, compliance policies, and content trends, to formulate creative strategies tailored to different countries and language markets, improving CTR and conversion performance
  • Lead creative strategy development and prepare detailed creative briefs, collaborating closely with design teams to ensure accurate and effective delivery of product value propositions and trading advantages
  • Integrate marketing campaigns (e.g., promotions, seasonal campaigns, user incentive programs) into creative planning, developing supporting creative strategies and assets to maximize campaign conversion performance
  • Analyze creative performance data and user behavior, participate in A/B testing and post-campaign analysis, taking ownership of key metrics such as ROI, CTR, CVR, and FTD, and continuously optimize advertising effectiveness
  • Conduct ongoing research on regional user personas, trading behaviors, and competitor advertising strategies, identifying creative angles and differentiation opportunities based on product features
  • Assist in building and maintaining a scalable creative asset library and template system across platforms, languages, and campaign stages to improve efficiency and reusability
  • Collaborate closely with UA, design, content, and product teams to ensure efficient execution of creative strategies and smooth cross-functional communication

5. What Makes You a Great Fit

Job Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Languages, International Communication, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising creative, or product planning; experience in app marketing or user acquisition is a plus

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong creative insight and content planning capabilities, able to independently develop video scripts and visual concepts, and work with copy to deliver effective messaging
  • Familiar with major global advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), including content styles and performance marketing logic; experience in cross-cultural creative or localization is preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate creative performance based on key metrics such as ROI, CTR, and CVR, and provide actionable optimization insights
  • Plus: Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase (GA4), and Google Analytics; experience in data analysis and optimization is preferred

Soft Skills

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Strong logical thinking and execution ability, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with good coordination and communication skills
