Role Overview
Role Title: Senior Procurement Executive
Function: Procurement / Supply Chain
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level

Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven procurement plans based on market trends and historical performance; manage end-to-end purchasing workflowsfrom PO issuance to payment and goods receipt.
- Monitor inventory turnover and expiry risks; take timely action to clear slow-moving stock and minimize waste.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, resolving issues like returns, delays, or quality discrepancies swiftly and professionally.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal teams (Finance, Ops, Tech) to improve systems, streamline reconciliation, and enhance procurement processes.
- Team Leadership & Regional Coordination: Act as the local lead for the Malaysia team,ensuring operational excellence. Serve as the primary point of contact and operational anchor during China public holidays (e.g., CNY, Golden Week), ensuring business continuity and managing regional procurement demands independently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (any discipline)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on project management experience.
- 35 years of procurement or supply chain experience; able to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
