About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and internationally minded Regional Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of Bybit's payments ecosystem across Russia, CIS, and emerging global corridors. This role will focus on merchant acquisition, local payment partnerships, PSP integrations, and strategic growth initiatives for Bybit Pay, Card, and Fiat channels.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in payments, fintech, or crypto, strong local market understanding, and a proven track record of driving regional growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall planning and execution of the VIP growth product system, accountable for VIP trading user scale, C-end user experience, and B-end operational capability building.
- Lead the end-to-end design and construction of the VIP CRM and campaign management backend, enabling the business to manage high-net-worth users and complex campaign workflows with precision and at scale.
- Innovate and deliver VIP-exclusive growth mechanics (e.g., tiered privilege systems, progressive incentives, social referral loops, task-driven engagement) to continuously improve VIP user activity and retention.
- Architect and optimize core growth infrastructure, including coupon systems, automated outreach tools, and task engines, to significantly improve operational efficiency and reduce time-to-market for high-frequency global campaigns.
- Deeply empathize with the needs of marketing and operations teams to build seamless internal workflows, enabling data-driven campaign optimization and real-time performance tracking.
- Oversee VIP-related business product lines (e.g., Affiliate programs, VIP-exclusive growth modules), optimizing commission structures and settlement logic to expand market penetration.
- Conduct rigorous competitive analysis on MarTech and growth trends to identify next-generation campaign opportunities, translating market insights into a scalable product roadmap.
- Collaborate with technical, risk, and design teams to ensure all growth products are robust, compliant, and deliver a premium user experience while meeting business KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of product management experience, featuring a proven track record in building and scaling both user-facing growth products and complex internal MarTech systems.
- Strong data-driven mindset with direct accountability for growth KPIs; ability to clearly demonstrate how product strategies drove user scale and engagement improvements.
- Expertise in designing innovative campaign mechanics and growth loops; experience in crypto, fintech, or large-scale consumer engagement platforms is a significant plus.
- Deep technical understanding of campaign infrastructure, including CRM integration, marketing automation, and the orchestration of large-scale task and reward systems.
- Proven success in building backend management tools from scratch, streamlining high-frequency operational workflows and improving cross-functional efficiency.
- Exceptional market insight and competitive analysis skills, with a keen product sense for the needs of financial traders and high-net-worth users.
- Proactive, execution-driven, and a resourceful communicator capable of translating high-level growth objectives into detailed, actionable product solutions within a fast-paced environment.
