Role Summary
Customer Program Management (CPM) at LSEG is a global function within Customer Implementation and Services responsible for ensuring that customer impacting projects including major upgrades, migrations, and displacementsare delivered consistently, efficiently, and with a strong customer experience. The successful candidate will work across the business and engaging with clients, internal partners, and project teams across the organisation, including Customer Implementation, Sales & Account Management, Product & Proposition and Technology.
As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for :
- Driving customer experience excellence by ensuring readiness, smooth delivery of solutions, and coordinating crossfunctional teams.
- Planning and establishing the governance structure ensuring execution in line with established frameworks.
- Building and maintaining strong partner engagement.
- Implementing project plans, tracking and reporting progress.
- Identifying, managing, and raising risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining all required project documentation, including RACI models, stakeholder registers, risk registers and mitigation plans, reporting dashboards, and communication plans.
- Collecting and documenting lessons learned at project closure.
What do you need to bring to the role
- Problem solving skills: Proven track record to analyse and evaluate information to support effective decision-making.
- Client, Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Experience managing and influencing multiple partners, including clients. Maximising knowledge of client and / or stakeholder needs and objectives to provide maximum value.
- Product Knowledge: Understand LSEG product suite.
- Commercial, Technical & Service Awareness: Ability to demonstrate a proven understanding of commercial, technical, and service drivers that shape and influence project direction.
- Project Management Methodologies: Ability to apply and utilise project management frameworks and artefacts.
- Meeting Management: Strong skills in running key project meetings such as Kick-offs, Workstreams Meetings, Steering Committees and Lesson Learned sessions.
- LSEG Values & Teamwork: Demonstrated experience applying LSEG values and driving strong cross-functional functional collaboration across teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to inspire trust, manage expectations, and secure agreement and sponsorship from key partners.
- Presentation skills with experience presenting to customers.
- Good understanding of the financial services industry and the key competitors in this space.
- Project Management or Financial Markets certification.
- Familiarity with internal systems (e.g. Siebel, Salesforce, License Manager, ServiceNow, Full Picture) and ability to extract data for reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
