Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (HR/Payroll) to lead a high-impact, regional payroll transformation initiative across multiple countries in Asia.

You will drive the end-to-end transformation of payroll operations, including system implementation, vendor management, and process optimization.

What We're Looking For:

• 6–15 years of experience in project management, consulting, or transformation roles
• Proven track record in delivering regional or multi-country projects
• Strong experience in HR transformation or HR operations change initiatives
• Hands-on experience in HRIS or HR systems implementation (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors)
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and business teams
• Experience managing external vendors, system integrators, or third-party partners
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills
• PMP or similar certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, with a focus on payroll and HR operations
• Drive the design and execution of transformation roadmaps, including process redesign and system implementation
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and optimise processes
• Manage regional, multi-country project delivery, ensuring alignment across markets and teams
• Oversee HRIS / payroll system transformations (e.g. implementation, migration, or consolidation)
• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors/system partners
• Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks, including risks, dependencies, and reporting structures
• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption across regions
• Drive process standardisation and operating model improvements
• Influence and align senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes, not just project completion
