Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure / Migration Program)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Role Duration: 12 months (extendable)

10–12+ Years (Minimum 5+ years in complex migration or transformation programs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across large-scale infrastructure and migration programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in migration wave planning, readiness management, testing coordination, and cutover execution, along with proven experience in managing complex, multi-stream initiatives in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior delivery leadership across migration waves, including readiness, testing, and cutover activities
- Plan and manage migration waves, sequencing, and dependency mapping
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across:
- Infrastructure commissioning
- Testing and validation
- Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Cutover execution
- Consolidate readiness status and inputs for Operational Readiness Review (ORR) and go/no-go decisions
- Manage and escalate high-impact risks, issues, and change requests
- Prepare and deliver consolidated status reporting on delivery, risks, and readiness to program leadership and governance forums
- Ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10–12+ years of experience in IT project/program management
- Minimum 5+ years managing large-scale migration or transformation programs
- Strong experience in migration wave planning and dependency management
- Proven expertise in cutover planning, DR testing, and readiness coordination
- Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and application landscapes

- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Good documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
