Job Title: Project Director (Application & Data Centre Migration)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Role Duration: 12 months (extendable)

15+ Years (8–10+ years in senior program / portfolio leadership roles)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead and provide executive oversight for large-scale Application & Data Centre Migration Programs. The role requires strong governance leadership, stakeholder management at the executive level, and proven experience in delivering complex transformation programs in regulated enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight and accountability for end-to-end application and data centre migration programs
- Lead program governance, including Steering Committee engagement and executive escalation management
- Oversee migration methodology, readiness gates, and exit criteria (including ORR and cutover forums)
- Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams, including:
- Applications
- Infrastructure
- Network
- Security
- Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Operations
- Monitor and manage program-level risks, ensuring delivery assurance and mitigation strategies
- Ensure all deliverables are audit-ready and compliant with regulatory and customer approval requirements
- Drive overall program execution, quality, and stakeholder confidence
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading large-scale application and/or data centre migration programs
- Strong expertise in program governance and executive stakeholder management
- Demonstrated success in delivering programs in regulated or highly controlled environments
- Deep understanding of end-to-end IT infrastructure and application landscapes
- Strong experience in risk management, compliance, and audit readiness
- Ability to manage complex, multi-vendor and multi-workstream environments
