Job Description

  • End-to-end senior hiring across APAC:

Own full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles across multiple APAC countries, including intake, sourcing strategy, longlisting, interviews, offer management, and onboarding handover.

  • Stakeholder partnership:

Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to clarify requirements, build assessment plans, and provide market insights (talent availability, compensation ranges, competitor mapping) to drive timely decisions.

  • Proactive sourcing & talent mapping:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill senior roles using direct search, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach build pipelines for priority functions and geographies.

  • Talent pool management:

Build and maintain a high-quality APAC talent pool for priority senior roles through ongoing engagement, pipeline nurturing, and periodic talent reviews ensure readiness for future hiring needs.

  • TA projects & continuous improvement:

Support regional TA initiatives such as process optimization, AI and digitalization, ATS/reporting enhancement, interview capability building, and employer branding activities contribute to standardization and best-practice sharing across APAC.

  • Process, compliance & reporting:

Ensure recruiting processes comply with local labor practices and internal policies across markets maintain accurate ATS data and provide regular updates on pipeline, time-to-fill, and hiring risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above HR, Business, or related major preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring senior / leadership roles.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries/markets in APAC is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Chinese / Japanese / Korean language capability is a strong plus.
  • Headhunting / search firm background or strong direct sourcing capability preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, structured search skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
