  • Full-cycle recruitment activities from understanding hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, to managing selection and offer processes
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring plans and ensure timely delivery of quality hires
  • Assess current recruitment workflows, identify pain points, and recommend practical improvements
  • Coach and support junior recruiters through on-the-job guidance and sharing of best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive recruitment-related projects that enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and independent decision-making capabilities
  • Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills able to assess situations quickly and apply sound business judgment with strong people instincts
  • Excellent project management and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative team player with a resourceful mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with regional talent markets is a strong advantage
  • Experience in the internet or tech industry is a plus
