Full-cycle recruitment activities from understanding hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, to managing selection and offer processes
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring plans and ensure timely delivery of quality hires
Assess current recruitment workflows, identify pain points, and recommend practical improvements
Coach and support junior recruiters through on-the-job guidance and sharing of best practices
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive recruitment-related projects that enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and independent decision-making capabilities
Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills able to assess situations quickly and apply sound business judgment with strong people instincts
Excellent project management and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Clear and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Collaborative team player with a resourceful mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
Familiarity with regional talent markets is a strong advantage
Experience in the internet or tech industry is a plus
