As our Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the outlet's operations, leading by example to deliver excellence in service, food quality, and operational efficiency. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can balance people leadership, operational performance, and financial accountability.
You'll be responsible for:
- Full outlet leadership – overseeing daily front and back-of-house operations
- Team development – hiring, training, and coaching staff to deliver service excellence
- Guest experience – ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and a reason to return)
- Financial performance – managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving sales growth
- Operational standards – ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
- Problem-solving – swiftly addressing operational challenges to keep service smooth
We're looking for someone who is:
