Our Client

A well-established engineering solutions provider specializing in industrial and process equipment, supporting large-scale manufacturing sectors with customized systems, technical expertise, and end-to-end project delivery across regional markets.

Role Overview

Responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for industrial plat and process equipment solutions through strategic sales leadership, key account management, and technical consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives targeting industrial manufacturing clients across key sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners
  • Provide technical consultation on plant systems and process equipment solutions aligned with client needs
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery alignment
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies
  • Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable
  • Represent the organization in industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience within industrial plants, process equipment, or engineering solutions
  • Proven track record in achieving high-value sales targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial systems and process equipment
  • Experience dealing with EPC contractors, manufacturers, or heavy industries
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently with strong commercial acumen
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and business development
