About You 

You are a Senior Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience building and delivering scalable software solutions in a commercial environment. You combine strong technical expertise with a passion for mentoring others, shaping engineering best practices, and driving meaningful customer outcomes through technology.   

You are comfortable working across front-end, back-end, databases, cloud technologies and DevOps practices. You embrace AI-assisted development as a core part of your workflow and enjoy helping teams adopt better ways of working through coaching, collaboration and technical leadership.  

Day-to-day, you will: 

• Design, build and deliver customer-facing solutions across our C#, .NET, React, SQL Server and mobile technology stack, leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.  

• Provide technical leadership by influencing architecture, engineering standards and AI adoption practices across the pod and wider engineering community.   

• Drive quality, reliability and operational excellence through automated testing, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability and production support practices.  

• Mentor engineers, share technical expertise and collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.  

Your skills and experiences might also include: 

• 7+ years significant experience designing and delivering modern software solutions in a commercial environment. 

• Experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, React, SQL Server or similar enterprise development frameworks. 

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, AI agents, prompt engineering, LLM integrations or workflow automation solutions.   

• Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, software architecture, microservices and modern SaaS environments.
