Job Description
Project Management & Governance
- Lead and manage strategic projects from conceptualization, planning, implementation to closure.
- Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budget, scope and expected outcomes.
- Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
- Establish appropriate project governance, including steering committees, project working groups and management updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards.
- Act as the central coordinator between internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across different business functions.
- Facilitate project meetings and management discussions.
- Ensure clear communication of project objectives, progress, key decisions and required actions.
- Ensure strategic initiatives and projects are aligned with relevant regulatory, risk, compliance, legal and governance requirements.
- Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal and other control functions throughout project development.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, approvals and governance are completed before implementation.
- Maintain proper project documentation and audit trails.
- Consolidate information from different business units for monthly management reports update.
