About The Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced
Senior Specialist, TB Corporate & Commercial Cash Sales 2 to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will focus on strategy, planning, and sales execution to grow cash management utilization across an assigned corporate and commercial portfolio. You will work closely with Relationship Managers, product teams, and service partners to deliver practical, customized cash solutions that meet customers business needs.
What You Will Be Doing
Strategy & Planning
- Build deep understanding of customer's business needs, footprint and decision making process
- Take the lead in identifying client working capital needs, engaging key decision makers, developing solutions and leading pitches with target customers
- Responsible to plan and execute customer engagements to remain the point of contact for customers/RMs
- To attain complete ownership of Cash utilization & growth of assigned portfolio (existing and new)
Sales & Marketing
- Engage new customers and design customized solutions involving Cash Management products & services according to their needs
- Hold discussion with customer to identify cash management needs and business requirements
- Develop solutions and new ideation to meet customer's needs; prepare client proposal and presentation material
- Execute client value propositions, proposals, solutions & product bundling for target customers
- Work closely with other Business Circles, Product Squads and Service Partner / Operations to ensure customized solutions are delivered
- Create and maintain up-to-date pipeline report to track sales activities and close deal opportunities
- Conduct/coordinate product training and client events where required
People & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders especially GCBB/CCM RMs, Product Squads, Service Partner/Operations and Branches to drive origination and sales agenda.
- Provide feedback regarding market development, competitor capabilities & gaps to internal stakeholders i.e GTB Product Squads and Service Partner/Operations for improvement
- Organize and conduct regular account planning sessions and reviews with GCBB/CCM RMs
Governance
- Guided by and comply strictly with the relevant Bank's product guidelines, policies, procedures and processes as issued/reviewed/documented by the respective Product and Policy owners.
- Understand and comply strictly with BNM guidelines and Bank's guidelines and policies in all mandatory e-Learning including but limited to Management of Customer Information & Permitted Disclosure, Personal Data Protection, Responsible Financing, Fair Treatment of Financial Customers, Imposition of Fees and Charges on Financial Products and Services
- Always achieve good audit rating.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Solid experience in corporate or commercial cash management, transaction banking, or related sales roles.
- Strong understanding of cash management products, working capital solutions, and client operating structures.
- Proven ability to engage senior decision makers and lead client discussions and solution pitches.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with Relationship Managers, product teams, and operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into practical solutions.
- Well-organized and results-driven, with experience managing pipelines and closing opportunities.
- Strong awareness of regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements within a banking environment.
