Driving high-impact commercial projects, taking ownership of project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives and their alignment with broader business goals.
End-to-end Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the rollout of strategic business initiatives.
Leveraging data and analytics to identify potential business opportunities, inform decision-making, and improve outcomes for overall business growth.
Problem-solving through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting business growth.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute projects that support business objectives.
Engaging with senior leadership and key decision-makers to drive forward key growth initiatives for the business.

A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field.
Experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, e-commerce, digital platforms, high-growth startups, or fast-paced business environments is highly preferred.
Demonstrated strong project management skills, including project planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, resource allocation, execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and synthesize complex business, operational, and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Experience in financial modelling and forecasting techniques is advantageous.
Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts and insights effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Proactive with a hands-on approach and a track record of driving initiatives from concept to implementation.
