Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to drive system design, development, and implementation of Life Core systems (Life Asia/Life 400/Life J) across business units in Asia. The role also involves providing ongoing support and ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead system design, development, testing, and implementation (end-to-end SDLC)
- Manage and guide medium-scale project teams and ensure timely delivery
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Oversee vendor development and ensure quality deliverables
- Provide system integration solutions across platforms
- Conduct feasibility analysis and support production systems
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT, preferably in Life Insurance domain
- Strong hands-on experience with Life Asia (mandatory), Life 400, or Life J
- Expertise in COBOL and AS/400 (iSeries) platform
- Proven experience in system implementation and SDLC
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
