Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fulfill company's staffing needs across frontline and supporting departments
- Maintain and develop effective channels for recruitment, plan and conduct recruitment activities for all grades and positions within a particular line of business
- Conduct direct search, initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and / or face-to-face interviews independently
- Assist to drive and implement related campus recruitment and strategies, including coordinating and maintaining relationship with career centres, engineering faculties, professors and tutors etc.
- Work effectively with local and regional teams to achieve hiring goals
- Compile regular updates and reports to management regarding in sourcing activities
- Other TA related and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in TA or HR role.
- Relevant in-house experience, preferably in engineering or construction industry. Experience in handling talent programs recruitment e.g. Apprenticeship, Graduate Engineer is an advantage
- A team player with good interpersonal skills, highly energetic, positive mindset and the ability to work independently and across teams
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in using MS office especially Excel and Powerpoint
