Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies.
• Understand client job requirements, company culture, and hiring expectations.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen CVs/applications against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability, experience, skills, and career expectations.
• Maintain an updated and active candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Proactively identify and approach passive candidates where appropriate.
• Provide clients with suitable candidate profiles and recruitment updates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to obtain timely feedback.
• Manage candidate expectations regarding salary, job scope, benefits, and employment conditions.
• Support candidates throughout the offer and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment and recruitment regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, agency recruitment, or a related role.
• Experience in a recruitment agency environment is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media sourcing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
