Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for FMCG sales, marketing, and e-commerce positions.
• Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Assess candidates skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices to attract the best talent.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within FMCG or related industries. Focus on hiring sales teams, promoters, marketing, e-commerce etc.
• Proven ability to hire high-performing commercial and marketing talent.
• Strong determination, resilience, and passion for achieving hiring targets.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
