Job Description

Job Summary

As a member of the APME Talent Acquisition Group team, you will be working closely with hiring managers and develop creative strategies to find the best talent in the local market and extended to regional and global if required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media channels and amongst internal employees to target referrals.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Liaison with different stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination of interviews in timely basis.
  • Ensure closure of open requirements in defined SLAs.
  • To create and maintain rapport with different stakeholders, such as vendors, internal stakeholders, like delivery teams, BGV teams, etc.
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 4+ years in technical (IT) hiring
  • Proven capability in sourcing and engaging active, passive, and emerging talent
  • In-house or RPO recruitment experience with a strong delivery track record
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, preferably Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Data-driven recruiter experienced in recruitment KPIs, SLAs, reports, dashboards, and Excel
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a proactive and tech-savvy mindset
  • Able to work independently with a positive, continuous-learning attitude
  • Proven success in creative recruitment strategies and proactive headhunting
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is an added advantage
