Responsibilities
- Oversee technical programs and initiatives within the digital banking domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria, establishing clear project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure effective execution.
- Provide guidance to team members within the technical program management team and cross-functional project teams, providing steer, support and mentorship to drive successful project delivery.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, methodologies, and tools for program management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery, implementing proactive strategies and contingency plans to address challenges.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management, presenting program status, metrics, and insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes within the digital banking landscape, incorporating relevant insights into program planning and execution.

Requirements
- Engineering background: A minimum of 3-5 years technical program management experience or project management
