ServiceNow Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with P2P domain exposure for a 12-month contract in Kuala Lumpur. You will support a large-scale ServiceNow solution covering 54 workflows across Procurement, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, and Contract & Risk Orchestration, translating P2P requirements into effective ServiceNow workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support ServiceNow solutions across procurement, supplier management, AP, and contract/risk workflows.

• Gather P2P requirements—requisition, supplier onboarding, invoice exception handling, AP case management—and translate them into ServiceNow workflow configurations.

• Build and maintain Case Management, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and SLA/OLAconfigurations.

• Support event-driven integrations between ServiceNow and SAP, Ivalua, AcuBuy, or similar ERP/procurement platforms, including retry, exception handling, and monitoring.

• Prepare functional specs, test scripts, and user guides; support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.

• Participate in design workshops with procurement, finance, and shared services stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation/configuration experience.

• Experience with Case Management, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and SLA/OLA.

• Working understanding of P2P business processes—procurement, supplier management, AP, or invoice exception handling.

• Experience supporting integrations between ServiceNow and ERP/procurement platforms (SAP, Ivalua, AcuBuy, or similar).

• Understanding of integration retry, exception handling, and monitoring.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
