Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a ServiceNow Developer based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements. Daily tasks will include configuring and customizing workflows, managing ServiceNow modules, and integrating systems. Additionally, the developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand organizational needs and implement appropriate IT workflows and process solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow PPM implementation module, Platform development, configuration, and administration, including but not limited to successful deployments as lead.
• Strong scripting and customization skills (JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, Jelly).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow PPM applications: Project, Demand, Resource, Agile, and Financial Management.
• Proven experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – PPM (CIS-PPM) – strongly preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.
