1.ServiceNow Developers (Junior / Mid / Senior)- Custom application development & configuration
- Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)
- Flow Designer & workflow development
- Integration exposure is a plus
- Strong experience in:
- ITSM (IT Service Management)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- ITAM (IT Asset Management)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
2.ServiceNow Administrator- Platform configuration & governance
- User roles, ACLs, upgrades & instance management
- CMDB health & data integrity management
- Supporting ITSM / ITOM / ITAM processes
- Performance monitoring & platform optimization
3. ServiceNow Architect- End-to-end solution architecture
- Platform design & best practice governance
- CMDB architecture & data model strategy
- ITSM / ITOM / ITAM roadmap planning
- Integration and scalability strategy
- Technical leadership & stakeholder management
4. Technical Project Manager (ServiceNow)- Lead ServiceNow implementation & enhancement projects
- Manage scope, timeline, budget & stakeholders
- Coordinate technical teams across modules
- Experience delivering ITSM / ITOM / ITAM programs preferred
