Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on leader to manage shift operations at our Enstek plant. In this role, you'll guide and support the operations team to deliver on key goals in safety, quality, service and cost, while fostering a high-performance culture and strong team morale. You'll play a critical role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with site policies and helping us achieve our vision and business results.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
- Manages their line manufacturing activities to optimize the service level and cost with the required quality to reach the defined performance objectives in their respective shift
- Ensures compliance with the production program by properly operating the equipment and autonomous maintenance, monitoring the different activities by the operations supervisors and members to reach the committed volume in the budget
- Ensures that the personnel comply with safety and food safety regulatory requirements throughout their shifts
- Responsible for participating in the Safety Seven program by performing the Gemba walks while ensuring that their direct reports comply with all the policies, programs and activities focused on preventing injuries, sickness and environmental sustainability. All this, through safe behaviors, K-Value alignment and the belief that all injuries are preventable
We're Looking for Someone With
- Qualifications in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering or a related field, with a minimum of five years experience in FMCG manufacturing shift management
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate shift teams, ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are met
- Proven ability to handle shift operations, enforce compliance with policies and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills to effectively manage complex situations and collaborate across teams
