Role Description

The Shipping Executive will handle tasks related to shipping and receiving processes, manage customer service inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate updates on inventory. The role also involves coordinating with international vendors, managing imports, overseeing inventory control procedures, and supporting other logistics-related operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Inventory Control and maintaining accurate records
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with international logistics processes is advantageous

JOB REQUIREMENTS .

-Min. Education SPM .

-Preferably with 1 year experience in customer service.

-Good Communication skills in English .

-Articulate to adjust to various working conditions .

-Proficient in MS Office applications .

-Knowledge in handling Export/Import for Sea/Air is an added advantage .
