Role Responsibilities- Monitor the stability of the logistics system daily after setup.
- Take a proactive approach in addressing customers needs.
- Support top-up activities at customer premises.
- Plan, organize, and procure equipment required for installations.
- Coordinate with Inside Sales regarding top-up arrangements.
- Plan and organize on-site installation work, as well as maintenance and cleaning of SmartBin equipment.
- Conduct cycle counts of SmartBin equipment and accessories, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate all activities related to replenishment, labelling, missing bins, computer issues, troubleshooting, ad-hoc maintenance, and end‑user concerns.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior or management.
Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Experience with hardware/software issues and system troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visual Basic).
- Good understanding of computer systems, including PC installation and setup.
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Pleasant disposition and a team player.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel.
