Role Responsibilities
  • Monitor the stability of the logistics system daily after setup.
  • Take a proactive approach in addressing customers needs.
  • Support top-up activities at customer premises.
  • Plan, organize, and procure equipment required for installations.
  • Coordinate with Inside Sales regarding top-up arrangements.
  • Plan and organize on-site installation work, as well as maintenance and cleaning of SmartBin equipment.
  • Conduct cycle counts of SmartBin equipment and accessories, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate all activities related to replenishment, labelling, missing bins, computer issues, troubleshooting, ad-hoc maintenance, and end‑user concerns.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior or management.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Experience with hardware/software issues and system troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visual Basic).
  • Good understanding of computer systems, including PC installation and setup.
  • Physically fit and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Pleasant disposition and a team player.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel.
