The Role

As Social & Ecommerce Executive, your job is to bring our brands to life across the platforms where Malaysian health consumers spend their time and make purchase decisions. You will own the content, the creator relationships, the marketplace storefronts, and the community where you will see the direct impact of your work in the numbers every week.

This is a hands-on execution role. You work directly with the Director of Product & Strategy, who set the brand direction and brief. You make that brief come to life. You will also support basic marketing operations for our growing distribution portfolio alongside.

What You Will Do

  • Own TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook content calendar, publishing, community management
  • Build and manage a network of micro-KOLs across health, wellness, and lifestyle in Malaysia
  • Manage TikTok Shop affiliate programme and recruit creators, set up links, track GMV
  • Seed our brands into WhatsApp groups, Facebook communities, parenting networks, and health forums
  • Generate UGC, reviews, results stories, daily routine content that builds social proof
  • Manage Shopee and Lazada storefronts listings, ads, reviews, Live commerce
  • Upload and maintain product listings for our distribution brands as the portfolio grows
  • Weekly performance report on what is working, what is not, what is next

Who We Are Looking For

  • 2–5 years in social media, ecommerce, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on Shopee and/or Lazada experience, not just awareness of the platforms
  • TikTok content instincts and knows what performs and why
  • Has managed KOL or micro-influencer relationships in Malaysia
  • Comfortable with TikTok Shop or Shopee Live
  • Can write copy and brief creatives independently
  • Bilingual Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Organised, self-directed, and reliable under a mixed workload

Consumer health, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle backgrounds are a strong advantage. Personal interest in health or wellness is a genuine plus.
