Social Media Specialist ( Senior )

• Lead and oversee social media content strategies and campaigns
• Drive the adoption and strategic use of Al-powered tools for content production
• Lead creative direction for hooks, scripts, captions, and content variations
• Analyse social media performance and drive data-informed optimization strategies
• Develop and oversee engaging content strategies for gaming and youth audiences
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Paid Ads, Creative, BD, and Affiliate teams

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing, including experience in a lead role
• 2+ years short-form video & Al content creation experience
• Strong content planning, copywriting & analytics skills
• Familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro & social media analytics tools
• Gaming/entertainment experience is a plus
• Fluent in English communication
