Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect to drive technical discussions, craft cloud-based and AI-powered solutions, and support our sales team in delivering the best IT strategies to clients. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and technical teams to design, propose, and present cutting-edge cloud, AI, and digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation

• Engage with clients and prospects to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and challenges.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop cloud, AI, and software solutions that align with client objectives.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase Webby Group's expertise.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring solutions meet business and technical needs.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud and AI architectures using AWS, Tencent Cloud, Google Cloud, Azure, or other cloud providers.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, architecture diagrams, and proposals.
• Recommend best practices for cloud deployment, AI integration, DevOps, security, and scalability.
• Work with the development team to create prototypes, PoCs, and reference architectures.

Proposal & Documentation Support

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to prepare solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
• Assist in creating technical whitepapers, case studies, and blog content to showcase Webby Group's expertise.
• Ensure all solutions align with industry standards, security compliance, and best practices.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Engage with C-level executives, IT managers, and key decision-makers to position Webby Group's cloud and AI solutions.
• Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitors to refine Webby Group's solution offerings.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, Cloud Consulting, or a related role.

Strong technical knowledge in cloud computing (AWS, Tencent Cloud, Google Cloud), AI solutions, and software architectures.

Experience designing solutions involving cloud infrastructure, DevOps, microservices, APIs, AI/ML, security, and networking.

Proven track record of delivering technical presentations, PoCs, and solution demos.

Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, and scalability best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Experience with RFPs, RFIs, and proposal writing is a plus.

Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a bonus.
