About The Role
Gallagher Security is seeking a Solutions Trainer to join our Asia team, based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
This role is responsible for delivering certification and training programs to channel partners, installers, and end users across Asia, using Gallagher's established training syllabuses and certification frameworks.
This is a hands-on, technical enablement role. Training will be delivered through a combination of virtual classrooms and physical instructor-led sessions. This is a backend enablement role and does not involve sales or pre-sales activities. Regional travel will be required.
About You
We are looking for someone from a technical background who is passionate about teaching and knowledge transfer. While our other Trainer focuses on learning and development, this role is designed for someone with real-world technical experience.
You May Have Prior Experience In Roles Such As
- Pre-sales solution engineer
- Technical support or systems support
- Security systems engineering or IT engineering
And You Will Demonstrate
- Experience delivering instructor-led and/or virtual training to adult learners
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to follow and deliver structured training syllabuses and certification programs
- Comfort working with technical or technology-based content
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop deeper product and system knowledge
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Willingness to travel regionally across Asia
Experience in technical environments, certification programs, partner enablement, or security solutions is advantageous but not mandatory, as full product training will be provided.
