Sourcing Specialist

Scope of work

• Maintain and update sourcing databases for quick access to active job seekers.
• Support Singapore Market for Technology/ Engineering Job hiring requirements.
• Perform interviews & selection process for potential job seekers and profile to clients
• Manage candidates expectation by providing compensation details, conducting reference checks till closure of the cases
• Ownership of sales pipelines and weekly sales reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Min 1 year or Proven track record in Sourcing and Placements in fast paced environment
• Prior experience in telesales, engineering or technology is a plus
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Financially driven and passionate about recruitment
