- Accountable for running efficient RFX processes, including engaging suppliers in the efficient use of technology to drive outcomes
- Accountable for supporting category team with process and standard documents to ensure timely and correct contract management
- Direct responsibility for approx.$15M / 5% - 10% of category spend
- Responsible for the prioritisation of expiring contract back to Category Team for resolution
- Collate, track and report Enabler delivery for Category team
- Responsible for reporting of all Procurement process KPIs to track category best-practice processes
- Tendering and negotiation: Conduct RFX via the Procurement system, tailored to specific category requirements, and support teams in supplier negotiations based on the developed Category Plan.
- Facilitate technical evaluations of negotiation outcomes and develop sourcing recommendations
- Analytic support to category team mining relevant category data & analytics to provide insights
- Identify and implement procurement best practices across all regions.
- Maintain total cost of ownership models for the assigned categories to extract maximum value from procurement spend FY25 Total Spend: 240mil

Requirement:
- 4 yrs+ experience in Sourcing, Bachelor's degree(preferred)
- Prior sourcing experience
- Experience in FMCG preferred but not necessary
- Procurement or Commercial negotiating experience preferred
- Articulate, good written and clear presentation skills
- Predisposition to change and positive outlook
- Good financial skills with capability in technology or automation
- Strong in data analytics and strategic thinking
