Job Summary:
Responsible for reporting analysis, budget planning & control, cashflow, reporting to external bodies / parties for Property Development & Property Management.
Job Description:
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis
- Responsible for preparing budget, cash flow and PL projections
- Support in Audit & Taxation matters
- Responsible for CBCR reportings
- Support for project recognition workings, cost plan & feasibility studies, submission of audited financial statement to relevant authorities
- Loan redemption / rollover & review updates and control
- Assist in ERP system and Business Intelligence implementation
Job Specification
- Min Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in handling full set accounts / accounting role with property development companies
- Well verse in project cash flow projection & forecasting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel & MFRS. Experience with Noetic is an added advantage.
- Willing and able to work under pressure.
- Detailed oriented and organized in his/her work.
- Able to work independently and communicate with various external stakeholders
