Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues and requests (hardware, software, network)
  • Deliver support via ticketing system, email, and phone, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
  • Manage deployment, configuration, and security of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and basic network/server issues (LAN & PABX) incl Mac, Windows
  • Assist in monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure
  • Manage IT hardware procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Liaise with vendors for repair and maintenance of IT equipment
  • Log, track, and resolve all incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and support site operations
  • Develop, maintain, and adhere to IT support procedures and best practices

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, including:
  • End-user support and hardware troubleshooting
  • Basic network/infrastructure support
  • IT equipment procurement / vendor coordination
  • Experience in hardware and asset management
