Job Description
- Visit Architects, Interior Designers and Developers and related parties in order to specify Company's products in the projects
- Manage all documentation such as project record files, customer data file, daily visit report and others.
- Responsible to build up project pipeline to meet KPI
- Explore new customers and looking for the opportunity of potential customers and follow up.
- Execute strategies from the management
- Collect the market information concerning competitors, changes in market.
- Access client's needs, explain and demonstrate products to them. It involves in providing technical description of product and describing the purpose of use or the application of products.
- Provide the solutions to customers.
- Responsible to achieve monthly sales target, monthly projects given by company.
- Other tasks given by department head
Job Requirements
- Must be strong presentation skill
- Good written and spoken English is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Market analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Construction Project sales, other surfacing material (Laminate, Wallpaper, Carpets etc) will definitely be an advantage.
