Squad Member, Strategic Delivery Office, Group Audit

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and deliver strategic modernisation initiatives across Group Audit, including planning, coordination and progress tracking.
• Lead or contribute to specific workstreams, covering process improvement, digital enablement and workforce uplift initiatives.
• Execute change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training support and adoption tracking.
• Partner with audit teams to identify pain points, assess readiness and develop practical improvement solutions.
• Support the rollout and embedding of new ways of working, including agile practices and Maybank culture initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation, translating ideas into actionable enhancements.
• Apply digital and AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve efficiency, analysis and delivery.
• Provide inputs to management reporting and escalate key risks or issues to the Head of SDO as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• LEAN, PMP, PRINCE2, ICAgile, Prosci or equivalent
• Experienced in transformation delivery, process improvement, change management, project management or operational excellence.
• Experience contributing to or leading organisationwide change or improvement initiatives.
• Management consulting or internal transformation experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to convert insights into action.
• Confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
• Comfortable working independently within a collaborative environment.
• Strong change mindset with the maturity to navigate ambiguity and resistance.
• Practical proficiency in digital and AIenabled tools.
