SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

. Supervise and coordinate Mechanical& Electrical (M&E) works on construction sites, ensuringcompliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

. Monitor site progress and ensure M&Einstallations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.

. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors,subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.

. Ensure all M&E works comply with BCAregulations, Singapore standards, and relevant authority requirements.

. Conduct regular site inspections tomonitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved methodstatements.

. Review and verify shop drawings,material submissions, and method statements before siteimplementation.

. Assist in resolving technical issues andcoordination conflicts between architectural, structural, and M&Eworks.

. Monitor and ensure compliance with workplacesafety and health (WSH) regulations on site.

. Prepare and maintain site reports,progress updates, and inspection records.

. Supervise testing and commissioningactivities for M&E systems.

. Ensure proper installation, testing, andhandover of M&E services, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing,fire protection, and ELV systems.

. Strong site coordination, supervision, andcommunication skills.

. Coordinate with relevant authorities for inspections,approvals, and compliance where required.
