Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure M&E installations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
- Ensure all M&E works comply with BCA regulations, Singapore standards, and relevant authority requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved method statements.
- Review and verify shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements before site implementation.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and coordination conflicts between architectural, structural, and M&E works.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations on site.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
- Supervise testing and commissioning activities for M&E systems.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and handover of M&E services, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
- Strong site coordination, supervision, and communication skills.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance where required.
