Supply Chain & Logistics Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Summary

Support the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations with a focus on shipment coordination, import clearance, supplier and internal communication, and operational documentation. Ensure smooth execution of daily activities and compliance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Arrange shipment booking with forwarders/shipping lines

• Coordinate export/import schedules with suppliers

• Track shipment status and ensure on-time arrival

• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.)

• Liaise with warehouse for delivery arrangement

Import & Clearance Support

• Coordinate with Regulatory team on permit documentation

• Work closely with forwarders/customs brokers for clearance

• Ensure all required documents are complete before shipment arrival

• Follow up on clearance and delivery to warehouse

Supplier & Internal Coordination

• Follow up with suppliers on production and shipment readiness

• Communicate with warehouse, finance, and internal teams on delivery schedules

• Support payment documentation and invoice verification

Operations Improvement

• Maintain proper filing and documentation

• Support process improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–4 years experience in supply chain/logistics operations or import/export coordination

• Hands-on experience with shipment booking, clearance, and supplier coordination

• Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Autocount, Dynamics, etc.)

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

• Good communication skills

• Experience handling Malaysia import clearance / MAQIS / permit documentation

• FMCG, food, or trading company experience

• Familiarity with freight forwarders and customs brokers
