Supply Chain Manager (Transformation / Stabilisation) - Contract Position

A global healthcare organisation operating in a highly regulated environment is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to support a transformation and stabilisation programme within its regional operations.

This role will take ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring continuity of operations while supporting the evolution of processes, systems, and operating model.

Scope of Work

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, and customer service
  • Ensure continuity of supply and service levels during a period of operational change
  • Drive execution of S&OP / S&BP processes, aligning demand, supply, and inventory
  • Oversee supplier management and procurement activities, ensuring continuity, performance, and cost control
  • Manage logistics, warehousing, and distribution, including 3PL providers
  • Support product lifecycle activities (launches, transfers, discontinuations) with minimal disruption
  • Ensure data integrity and system alignment across ERP and planning platforms
  • Track and improve KPIs (service level, inventory, cost, supplier performance)
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Global Supply Chain
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards

Experience Required

  • 10+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain management
  • Strong exposure across planning, procurement, and logistics
  • Experience operating in complex, matrix or regional environments
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, transformation, and operational change
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (ECC / APO / S/4HANA) and/or Kinaxis
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability

Preferred Background

  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to transformation programmes, system implementations, or operating model changes
  • Experience managing multi-country or regional supply chain operations

This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain operational stability while driving improvement and transformation across the supply chain.
