To execute day to day purchasing processes included reviewing purchase request, issue purchase order, oversee the order fulfillment cycle and keep track of open purchase order to ensure timely delivery.
To liaise and work with the forwarder/courier service providers and monitor the incoming shipments diligently.
Manage and optimize inventory level efficiently to minimize inward logistic costs and ensure timely stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
To perform vendor performance assessment annually to ensure continuously engagement and improvement of product quality and service level.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the procurement processes.
To ensure continual compliance to ISO & GDPMD requirement.
Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent with minimum 1 year of working experience.
Knowledge in demand forecasting.
Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485 and GDPMD.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & SAP B1.
Good command of English.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
